We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for a company based in Burton On Trent on a full or part time and temporary to permanent basis.

Salary: Circa £25-26,000 pro rata, per annum

Full time or part time hours to be considered i.e. 5 or 3 days per week 8:00 - 4:30 or alternatively 5 hours per day Monday to Friday (In addition to these hours, you may be expected to occasionally work a reasonable amount of overtime when required)

About the role:

  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Supporting accounts team when required
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, organising company events, and making travel arrangements for staff
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems and databases, adhering to data protection guidelines
  • Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, and providing general support to management and other departments
  • Support Quoting & Sales as and when needed in creating quotes and customer liaison

About you:

  • Computer literate
  • Well organised
  • Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both oral and written
  • Good initiative to recognise and prioritise work tasks
  • Good team player
