Working in partnership with a family owned waste management company, we are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to work at their North Cave (HU15) site. This is a fantastic opportunity that offers stability and the opportunity to secure a permanent contract for the right candidate with a starting pay rate of £15.04.

You must have:

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift license
  • Your own car

Shift pattern / Working hours: 4 on/ 4 off 12 hour shifts

Job description:

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift
  • Unloading deliveries from trucks using the forklift
  • Ensuring all stock is stored in a tidy and safe manner
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy at all times

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience driving a counterbalance forklift
  • Have your own transport due to location
  • Be confident in the safe use of manual handling techniques
  • Be self motivated and have a great attitude to work
