Are you an experienced Process or Production Operative looking for an opportunity to work with Cutting-Edge Print & Coating Processes and join a world leader in their market sector experiencing year on year growth with exciting future plans for development and growth. We are looking for a hands-on Process Operator / Production Operative on a permanent basis, to support their Manufacturing and print room operations. This is a practical, fast-paced role where quality, safety, and teamwork matter.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in manufacturing or production
- Confident using machinery and hand tools, working to precise dimensions
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Flexible, reliable, and a team player
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate knife over roller coating and print room processes (laminating & UV printing)
- Produce samples, pack products, and maintain stock levels
- Monitor materials and maintain ISO 9001 quality standards
