Stafforce are looking for Blast Operatives, offering immediate starts for our client in Scunthorpe, Billet Lane, DN15.
Our client is Sofina Foods, one of the UK’s leading pork processors, an employer of choice with ongoing staff requirements and competitive rates of pay, including overtime.
We can offer various shifts with immediate starts and paid training.
Blast Operative shift patterns available:
FULL TIME:
- A – Monday to Thursday 6am – 4pm 11.60p/h
- B – Monday to Thursday 4pm – 2am 11.60p/h
- C – Friday to Sunday 6am – 6pm 11.60p/h
We can offer adhoc (flexible) working. However you must be able to work minimum 2 days between Monday to Saturday on 10 hour shifts.
OVERTIME AVAILABLE
No previous experience required as paid training is provided.
The Role
- Loading of product into racking
- Loading into Blast Freezers
- General hygiene duties (clean as you go).
- De-racking, racking, loading, operating MHEs
- Working within Good Manufacturing Practices – i.e.; safely, hygienically and through correct quality procedures.

- Ability to work in a cold environment (all relevant PPE provided)
