A leading steel‑infrastructure manufacturer is seeking a proactive Senior Design Engineer to support and guide its growing engineering team. This role blends hands‑on design work with team coordination, planning and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the internal engineering design team.
  • Plan and delegate design workload; communicate lead times.
  • Produce and review engineering designs for steel infrastructure products.
  • Create 3D CAD models and drawings (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Carry out structural calculations and support FEA work.
  • Collaborate with project management, production, procurement and sales.
  • Ensure accurate, high‑quality design output within deadlines.
