Location: Middlesbrough

Hours: Monday to Friday with overtime available

Shift Options & Pay Rates:

  • Day Shift: 07:30 - 16:00 £21.67 per hour
  • Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 £25.14 per hour
  • Overtime available

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Plater
  • Ability to tack weld to a high standard
  • TIG welding experience is essential
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable with a positive attitude towards teamwork and safety

Duties:

  • Fabrication and plating work in line with engineering specifications
  • Tack welding and fitting components prior to final welding
  • Working from technical drawings and plans
  • Ensuring all work is completed to required quality and safety standards
  • Supporting production targets while maintaining high workmanship standards
