Permanent Class 1 HGV Driving positions are available now. In this role, you will be responsible for operating large articulated vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent driving behaviours, and great customer service skills this is the role for you.
Job Specification
- Vehicle operation: Safe and Efficient Driver of Class 1 Articulated Vehicle.
- Logistics: You will play a key part of the supply chain, transporting containers between Ports and Rail Terminals to our End Customer.
- Tasks: Job duties can include trunking (hauling between depots), making deliveries/collections, dropping off trailers.
- Safety and maintenance: You are responsible for daily vehicle and trailer checks and following correct reporting processes.
- Hours of Work: In adherence with UK Tachograph Rules and Regulations. An option of flexible shift patterns are available in our Container Division.
