The Role As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient communication, and the smooth coordination of administrative processes. Key Responsibilities Managing incoming telephone calls and email enquiries Performing data entry and maintaining company databases Preparing, filing, and organising documentation and records Processing orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork Scheduling appointments and coordinating diaries where required Producing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence Supporting management and other departments with administrative tasks Maintaining an organised and efficient office environment What We're Looking For Previous administration experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organisational and time management abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work Experience within an office, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environment would be advantageous What's In It For You?
