About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced SMART Repair Technician to join a busy and successful automotive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a passion for vehicle cosmetics and high-quality workmanship.
- Carry out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles.
- Repair scratches, scuffs, dents, and bumper damage.
- Paint preparation, colour matching, and refinishing.
- Alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic repairs.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Level 2 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair, Vehicle Maintenance or Repair, or equivalent automotive qualification.
- Previous experience as a SMART Repair Technician, Paint Sprayer, Prep Technician, or Vehicle Cosmetic Repair Technician.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
