Freight Forwarder Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£35,000 + Performance Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Office-Based - Monday to Friday We're looking for an experienced Freight Forwarder who enjoys taking ownership, building strong customer relationships, and finding solutions in a fast-moving logistics environment. You'll be responsible for managing a variety of road freight movements across the UK and Europe, ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards of customer service. From coordinating transport and customs requirements to maintaining customer relationships and solving operational challenges, no two days will be the same. Manage end-to-end road freight shipments. Coordinate import, export and cross-trade movements. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and transport partners. Provide quotations and identify the most effective transport solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transport process. Proven experience within freight forwarding. Strong understanding of European road freight operations. Experience handling ADR or hazardous goods. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
