Administrative Assistant We are currently in search of a highly skilled Russian-speaking Administrator with exceptional expertise in Excel to join our client’s administrative team. This role involves managing data and maintaining records using Excel spreadsheets, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to these tasks. Administrator Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update production spreadsheets and peace rates. Input data into payroll Excel sheets and the stock control system. Manage data entry in Training Excel spreadsheets. Handle various office tasks including filing, generating reports, organising meetings, and reordering supplies. Ensure all administration for the training department is current and accurate. Keep personnel files up to date and organised. Screen phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
