Our public sector client requires an Information Technology - ICT Project Officer. Hybrid, 75% home 25% office (Lewes).

Key Tasks:

  • Support the programme of work pro-actively and positively to achieve the delivery of the programme in accordance with the programme plan.
  • Liaise with internal teams and the Project Team to coordinate workshops, meetings and training in accordance with instructions and book meeting rooms.
  • Assist with facilitation of workshops and meetings.
  • Liaise with other departments, as necessary to chase progress, including with senior officers.
  • Maintain cost and project plans, resource plans, risk and issue logs, and other project documentation as directed by Project Managers.
  • Obtain and collate information and maintain and develop complex Excel spreadsheets for planning which is essential.
  • Analyse data and communicate it appropriately to a variety of audiences.
  • Provide administrative support and assist Project Managers in monitoring & reporting progress of project activities and budgets as required.
  • Handle queries from customers and other stakeholders relating to the project.

Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) are required.
