To be considered for the role, you will have previous demonstrable Service Desk experience and ideally have exposure to the Public Sector. The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Support Windows Operating systems
  • Support MS Exchange/Outlook
  • Manage Active Directory
  • Support bespoke and specialist systems
  • Log calls on the service management tool
  • Receive & log fault call information ensuring all details are accurate and meaningful and correspond to agreed Service Desk procedures

These roles will fall in scope for IR35, so candidates will need to work via an Umbrella Company or PAYE. These opportunities are to start as soon as possible and are ideally suited to candidates who are immediately available or available at short notice.
