Staffmax Healthcare is seeking an Orthopedic Technologist to work in Plymouth, NH.
Start Date: 2024-04-29 or two weeks after offer.
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday 8a-5p, 40hr guarantee.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience as an Orthopedic Technologist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- NH license is required.
- 3 years current experience - Required.
- MUST be experienced AND comfortable with casting, splints, braces, etc.
- Cast Technician NBCOT or EQUIVALENT NATIONAL Ortho Certification - Strongly Preferred.
- MUST be able to apply casts comfortably with proficiency - required.
- Proficient specialty experience in working with Orthopedic - absolutely required and needed.
Profile Requirements:
- Work History Skills Checklist pertinent to position current to 1 year.
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment.
- License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile.
- BLS - Facility will not pend cert.
- Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:
- Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID.
- Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background.
- Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
- Current Yearly Physical TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required.
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams.
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers.
- Credentialing will require other documentation. Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
