Staffmax Healthcare is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to work in Peterborough, NH.
Start Date: 2024-05-20 or two weeks after offer.
Shift: Nights, 12hr nights - 36 hrs. guarantee.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
- NH license is required.
- Two years of Emergency Department experience - Preferred.
- BLS Required.
- ACLS - Required.
- PALS - Required.
- Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia experience - Required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Required.
- Current NH RN licensure - Required.
Profile Requirements:
- Work History Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to specialty.
- Supervisory Signed Reference from the past two years of employment.
- NH license or compact.
Certifications:
- ACLS, BLS, PALS - Facility will not pend license/certs.
Prior to start date you will need to send the following to the recruiter:
- Resume without time gaps and education notated.
- References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
- Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID.
- Photo for Badge ID on white background without filters.
- Immunization Documentation: Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella.
- Current Yearly Physical.
- TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
- BLS and other required certifications.
- Skills Checklist and Competency Exams.
- Background Check and Urine Drug Screens after receiving job offers.
- Credentialing will require additional documentation.
- Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
