Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support & Customer Service
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, debug assistance, and product training.
  • Handle enquiries and complaints regarding products, warranties, and spare parts from customers, dealers, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage defective unit exchanges and track the repair, checking, and grading of units.
  • Quality Control & Reporting
  • Monitor product defects and quality issues, reporting them directly to the factory and taking corrective actions.
  • Analyze in-warranty claims and compile F-Cost reports.
  • Assist distributors in conducting field tests for new products.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Create and update technical procedures, service manuals, part guides, and training materials.
  • Manage COC (Certificate of Conformity) renewals, as well as WELS testing and registration for new products.
  • Support the establishment of new service centers for local and export markets.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of after-sales management experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Solid technical knowledge of home appliances and audio-visual (AV) equipment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must be familiar with V-lookup and Pivot Tables).
  • Resilient and capable of working effectively under pressure.
