Position: Sales & Customer Support Admin (Part Time)
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Permanent / Onsite / (20-24 hours per week)
My client, a specialist manufacturing business are on the look out for a Part Time Sales & Customer Support Admin to join the team!
Role and Responsibilities - Sales & Customer Support Admin (Part Time)
This role is varied between sales support, customer service, general admin and office duties. This person will make sure all queries are responded to professionally and within the on time delivery schedule.
Other responsibilities include:
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries.
- Maintain product descriptions, pricing and technical information
- Maintain customer records within the CRM system
- Build relationships with existing and new customers.
Experience or Qualifications - Sales & Customer Support Admin (Part Time)
- Previous experience in a similar admin role (ideally within a fast paced environment)
- Strong customer service background
- Experience using SAGE 200 or similar ERP software (desirable)
- Understanding of scientific or engineering products
