A great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Support Operative at a brand-new, high-tech logistics site for a global market-leading business. Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Support Operative to join our night shift team in Avonmouth. The rate of pay is £28,(Apply online only) to £32,450 per annum, based on actual shift patterns worked. Overtime is paid at time and a third. This is a full-time role working a 3 on / 3 off. The shift times are: – 6am to 6pm – 6pm to 6am Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Support Operative, you will support both warehouse operations and frontline leadership by helping to drive productivity, resolve issues on the floor, and assist colleagues who may require support. You will also take on light administrative tasks and help ensure that performance across the site runs smoothly day to day. Other responsibilities include: – Supporting the Supervisor in identifying and resolving workflow issues – Buddying with colleagues who may need extra support or coaching – Maximising productivity and encouraging best practice across the team – Performing basic admin tasks such as tracking, data entry, and updates – Covering for team members during annual leave or absences Our Perfect Worker Our ideal candidate will have previous warehouse or production experience and will be trained in using basic IT systems, such as spreadsheets or internal software. You will be proactive, adaptable, and keen to support team development while maintaining a hands-on role on the warehouse floor.
