Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Support Administrator to join our team in Avonmouth. The salary is £28,(Apply online only) to £32,450 per annum, with overtime paid at time and a third. This is a full-time position working a 3 on / 3 off. The shifts are: -6am to 6pm -6pm to 6am Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Support Administrator, you\’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of inbound operations during night shifts. You\’ll help plan inbound arrivals, ensure carrier compliance, manage dock buffer space, and maintain clear communication with dock personnel and internal teams. You\’ll also support the coordination of goods movement across the site, ensuring all activity is recorded and managed accurately. Key responsibilities include: – Managing inbound flow from appointment scheduling to final receipt – Communicating with carriers, transport teams, and internal departments – Monitoring compliance and resolving or escalating any delays – Supporting dock operations and reporting to site management – Maintaining accurate records of all inbound activity Our Perfect Worker You\’ll have strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a proactive, positive approach to your work.
