We are seeking a Warehouse Operative/MHE Driver who preferably has a valid Counterbalance Licence or experience to join our team at a new, modern warehouse. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operative/MHE Driver in the Rugby area.
The role offers AM shift 6pm to 2pm or PM shift 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday, with the potential to move to 5 days out of 7 in the future (eg, Tuesday to Saturday). There is also a night shift available 10pm to 6am.
The rate of pay is:
- AM shift: £12.65 per hour
- PM shift: £13 per hour
- Night shift: £15.60 per hour
- Overtime is paid at time and a half after 37.5 hours; Double pay for working the 7th day in a week (Sunday).
- A £150 responsibility allowance is paid monthly to all MHE drivers once you have successfully passed training.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative/MHE Driver you will be responsible for:
- Loading/unloading stock
- Tipping containers
- Picking, wrapping, and labelling products
- Operating MHE (Material Handling Equipment)
- Checking and confirming loads for accuracy and reporting discrepancies
- Assisting in all areas of the warehouse as needed to meet daily operational requirements
Please note that this is a physically demanding role.

Our perfect worker will have good communication skills and be able to carry out manual handling, heavy lifting, and be willing to be trained on MHE. Applicants will need to have some MHE background.
