Warehouse Operative - Freezer

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's UK's leading online food retailer. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Purfleet. This is a full-time role, working rotational days and night shifts, 4 out of the 7, the hours of work are: - 6am to 4pm - 6pm to 6am The rate of pay is: - Days £14.03 per hour - Overtime Days £17.26 per hour - Nights from midnight £16.97 per hour - Overtime Nights £20.20 per hour Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Operative, you will be working as a picker (personal Shopper) your duties include: - Perfectly picking and packing customer orders in the freezer area - Being responsible for quality, customer orders and fulfillment, and for specified work areas - Escalating any personal, people, production, health and safety, or food safety issues to the Team Managers and/or Coordinators. - Must be confident to work in Freezer area at temperatures of -22 - Able to do some manual handling and lifting. Our Perfect Worker Our perfect Warehouse Operative will be physically fit as there is some manual handling required. You must be able to handle frozen meat products and be willing to work in Freezer area. Experience in a similar role is desirable to be confident that job role is suitable for candidate.
