Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client - A distribution centre for a number of well-known high street retailers, mostly in the fashion industry. Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Sherburn-in-Elmet.
The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour + Night Premium £2.36 per hour. Overtime is available and is paid at £19.07 per hour. This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am
- 7.30am to 7.30pm or 7.30pm to 7.30am
- Various 8 hour shift options also available.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, you will have various warehouse tasks including but not limited to:
- Unloading lorries
- Goods in / Putaway
- Picking
- Packing
- Loading lorries
- Hygiene
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have:
- Good spoken English
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions
- Flexibility to do various tasks across the shift
- Physically fit due to the nature of the role. Lots of walking involved and repetitive moving and lifting of stock.
Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential.
