Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client a major high-street retailer in the fashion and food sector. Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Chapeltown, Sheffield. Earn £495 Weekly! The rate of pay is: Probationary rate – Fixed Day\’s £12.21 per hour – Rotational £12.54 per hour – Fixed After\’s £12.88 per hour >8 weeks – Fixed Day\’s £12.54 per hour – Rotational £12.88 per hour – Fixed After\’s £13.22 per hour Overtime is available and is paid at: – First 8 weeks £18.31 per hour – 8 weeks + £18.81 per hour This is a full-time role, x6 weeks rota pattern which includes weekends. You will work 5 days out of 7. The hours of work are: – Fixed 2pm to 10pm – Rotational 6am to 2pm/2pm to 10pm Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Operative you will be trained in multiple areas in the warehouse which covers the full stockhandler role from the start to end processes of the logistics chain. These areas include intake, pick, sortation, pack, put-away, and despatch of the products. You will be required to use a terminal and other warehouse equipment. All roles require a high level of manual handling and standing/walking for long periods of time. Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Warehouse Operative is hard-working, reliable, and has a basic understanding of English. They are comfortable working individually and as part of a wider team. Warehouse Operatives must be physically fit due to manual handling and walking to different areas of the large warehouse. Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
