Warehouse Operative

Opportunity to earn £790 per week for day shifts and £938.85 per week for night shifts!

Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Daventry.

The rate of pay for this role starts at £14.78 per hour, up to £27.04 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:

• 6:15am to 2:15pm
• 2:15pm to 10:15pm

Your Time at Work

• Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products for delivery to our stores.
• Stock Management: Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet Tesco's high standards of quality.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Our Perfect Worker

• Ability to work across different sites and shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
