Join us as a Warehouse Backshift Operative and become a key player in our passionate, fast-paced, and close-knit team! Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Backshift Operatives in Boston. The rate of pay is £12.86 per hour, plus overtime, life assurance, shop discounts and other great benefits! This is a full-time role working any 4 or 5 out of 6 days, Monday to Saturday, and the hours of work are: – 2pm to 10:30pm Your Time at Work As a Warehouse Operative you\’ll be at the heart of our operation, overseeing the crossover from the Dayshift to the Nightshift. This varied role will consist of: – Replenishing and putting away of stock in all chambers, whilst following the instructions of the voice system – Ensuring to date rotate and count each time where needed – Pre weigh and quality check fresh veg – Manage any customer returns from vehicles – Allocate empty cages to each area of the pick prior to pick start time, ensuring all cages are decanted into the relevant recycle bin.
