An exciting opportunity has arisen for Process Operators with my client. They are a successful medical manufacturing business that are offering a stable and lucrative career in their new purpose-built manufacturing facility based in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a niche medical business as a Process Operator and grow your career within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- This is a hands-on role, in a fast-paced environment, with daily Key Performance Indicator measurements; the operator should consider themselves physically fit to stand or continually be on the go, and is likely to be operating mechanical machinery.
- The role would involve operating production machines, picking, labelling, distribution of products, quality inspection and ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Focuses on patient safety, process adherence and continuous improvement.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated strong adherence to process requirements, able to follow work instructions.
- Demonstrates teamwork across all roles and teams through communication, supporting others and adapting daily work tasks to achieve given Key Performance Indicators.
