Location: Preston

Pay Rate: £15.80 per hour

Hours: 60 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 18:00

Your Time at Work:

  • Managing the Night/Day Security Team and the Security Control room CCTV operations.
  • Booking on and off of all staff working on the contract.
  • Ensure that Security Officers are undertaking all duties as per site instructions.
  • Attend official meetings when required.
  • Ensure correct adherence to all reporting structures, maintaining correct protocol.
  • Carrying out annual staff appraisals.
  • Ensure that all required paperwork is completed, up to date and maintained.
  • Provide shift cover where needed to ensure operational and contractual compliance.
  • Ensure that all staff are competent and able to carry out their roles, via Induction and ongoing training for staff.
  • Comply with the Company's Policies, Management Plans and Procedures.
  • Fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Management Plans.
  • Support the Company's Quality Policy Statement and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.
  • Undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service.

The post holder will be responsible for maintaining the security requirements of the client, under the guidance of the Security Management Team, whilst maintaining a good corporate image and high standards of professionalism.
