We are currently recruiting a SIA licensed Receptionist to work on an established site in Sunderland. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work on a busy automotive manufacturing site and you will be the face of the business, so previous experience is essential. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08.00-15.45 and Friday 08.00-14.15 37.25 hours per week. Your Time at Work As a Security Receptionist your duties will include; – Greeting visitors to the site – Smart appearance with a good attention to detail – Managing phone calls – Managing the reception area – Daily administration duties, so having excellent Microsoft Word, Office & Excel is essential. – Customer Care and delivering outstanding customer service Our Perfect Worker You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times and have; – Strong interpersonal skills – building trust and support with peers. – Excellent communication skills – written and oral – Excellent computer skills – Adherence to company policies & Client Operating Procedures – Highest levels of integrity and professionalism required at all times Key Information and Benefits – Earn £12.73 per hour – 5.6 weeks paid holiday (8 of these will be in lieu of bank holidays – subject to shift pattern and accrual) – Workplace pension scheme – Life assurance benefit – Contributory Healthcare Scheme – Eyecare vouchers – Employee Discount Schemes – Progression, training & development opportunities – Refer a friend scheme – Free uniform provided G4S are a recognised Disability Confident Leader Employer, committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
