This is a bespoke sorting facility to recycle plastics from all areas of the logistic industry.

As a Spotter, you will be required to watch over and foresee any potential hazards that may bring the sortation lines to a halt. Staffline is recruiting for Production Operatives in Kettering.
Shift pattern:
- 4 on 4 Off Day Shift 6:00am - 18:00pm £12.21ph
- M - F Night Shift 19:00pm - 05:00am £12.50ph
Your Time at Work:
As a Production Operative, you may be required to be a spotter to watch over and foresee any potential hazards that may bring the sortation line to a halt. You will use headsets and a radio to communicate, so a good level of English is required. To work in the pick cabin on the sortation line, you will need to pick and sort all different types of plastic, putting them in the correct bins provided. The work will require you to stand for the duration of your shift. Hygiene is a key role in this environment; you will be required to clean down all walkways and gantries, moving stillage containers and operating the stillage baler. Operating bunker balers requires good attention to detail and clear communication skills, as well as labelling goods for inbound and outbound.
