Staffline is recruiting for a Production Line Leader with our client – A Leading National Bakery. Apply today to work fixed day shifts as a Production Line Leader in Milton Keynes! The rate of pay is £14.30 per hour for the day shift and £16.80 per hour for the night shift. This is a full-time role, working a 3 on 3 off shift pattern. The hours of work are: – 6am to 6pm – 6pm to 6am Experience in a similar role is required. Your Time at Work As a Production Line Leader, your duties include: – Motivating a team of people to meet production targets – Ensuring the final product meets client specifications – Assigning workers production line tasks – Optimising production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality – Identifying and resolving production line problems in a timely manner – Training and supervising new production line workers – Maintaining a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment – Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Some heavy lifting might be involved.
