Security Officer Location: Tunbridge Wells Hospital, Royal Tunbridge Wells Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour Hours: 24 hours per week About the Role Join G4S as a Security Officer at Tunbridge Wells Hospital, where you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors and staff. Contract Information - Pay Rate: £14.22 per hour - Hours: 24 hours per week - Shift Pattern: Flexible working across days, nights and weekends - SIA Licence Required: Door Supervisor - CCTV Licence desirable, but training can be provided - Full UK Driving Licence required Your Time at Work As a Security Officer, your duties will include: - Welcoming patients, visitors and staff - Carrying out patrols and maintaining a visible security presence - Conducting searches where required - Responding to incidents and security concerns - Ensuring site safety and security procedures are followed Our Perfect Worker What We're Looking For We're looking for professional and reliable individuals who can remain calm under pressure and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will: - Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence - Have strong communication and interpersonal skills - Be comfortable using IT systems and technology - Be flexible to work a variety of shifts - Take pride in providing a professional security service Previous hospital or healthcare security experience is beneficial but not essential.
