Great opportunity to work as a Nursery Operative (Greenhouse) for a leading supermarket chain. Staffline is now recruiting for a Nursery Operative, to work in Spalding. The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, and the hours of work are: 7:30am to 4:30pm. Permanent opportunities are available for the right candidate. Applicants must be local or have their own transport.
Your Time at Work
As a Nursery Operative at this site your duties include working inside and outside. The main work is in Glasshouse with outdoor garden plants. You will work in plant nurseries, helping to grow, maintain, and prepare plants for sale or distribution. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors or in greenhouse environments and have a passion for horticulture. Candidates must be physically fit to undertake manual handling tasks, lifting and stacking pots to and from the floor.
