Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Northampton. Recruiting for morning and afternoon shifts.
The rate of pay is:
- Morning shift - £14.30 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks
- Afternoon shift - £16.19 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks
Weekends and overtime paid extra shift allowance. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
Your Time at Work
The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:
- Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
- Working to meet customer performance standards
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Our ideal Freezer Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential. Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided. Punctuality, basic numeracy along a communicative level of English are essential for this role.
