We are looking for an experienced VNA Driver for our client based in Northampton - this is a permanent position!

As a VNA Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
- Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
- Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
- Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
- Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures
- Experience using stock management systems
- Valid FLT Licence (VNA experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
