Cluster Operative in Newton Longville

Our client is recruiting Cluster Operatives to support our SGN contract in Milton Keynes, (MK17 0AA) ensuring engineers have the materials they need to keep essential services running. SGN delivers natural and green gas to millions of homes and businesses across the UK. The rate of pay is £13.96 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are: - 8am to 4pm Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence to be considered. Your Time at Work As a Cluster Operative your duties include: - Responding to engineer requests, issuing materials accurately and on time - Picking and preparing orders for collections and operational needs - Receiving deliveries, checking and recording stock within the system - Managing and segregating waste in line with company processes - Monitoring stock levels, reporting discrepancies or low stock - Supporting stock takes, including occasional work at other sites Our Perfect Worker What we're looking for: - Previous experience in warehousing, stores, or logistics - Knowledge of safe manual handling and warehouse safety practices - Understanding of stock control and basic inventory systems - Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach - Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team - Confident communication with engineers and depot colleagues - Full UK driving licence (essential) - Flexibility to travel occasionally to other sites using a company vehicle Key Information and Benefits - Earn £13.96 per hour - Monday to Friday - Temp to perm opportunity - Free car parking on site - PPE provided Job Ref: 1GXOSGN About Staffline Staffline is the UK's largest recruitment solutions partner, enabling over 35,(Apply online only) people into good work every week.
