Apply today to work as a Food Production Operative for our client's busy bakery site, producing cakes. Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work fixed day shifts in Moreton. The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. This is a full-time role working the day shift with the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm
  • Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm

Responsibilities

  • Packing products
  • Cleaning the area and other tasks associated with the efficient running of the production line
  • Ensuring that Health, Safety, Environmental, and GMP standards are complied with in line with company policy; responsible for ensuring that the product is produced safely following Food Safety & Quality standards
  • Ensuring all equipment is cleaned according to cleaning standards and that equipment and ingredients are prepared and ready for production start times

Requirements

  • Ability to work within a team and maintain a flexible attitude, including the ability to change shift times if required
  • Physical fitness for manual handling, pushing, bending, and lifting; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience is preferred but not necessary as full training is provided
