Great opportunity to work as a MIS Analyst for our client's brand-new, high-tech logistics company that manages outsourced supply chains and warehousing, and reverse logistics for blue-chip customers in over thirty countries.

Staffline is recruiting MIS Analyst in Severn Beach, Bristol. The rate of pay is £35,000 to £38,000 per annum. This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are: 8am to 4pm.

Experience in a similar role required.

Your Time at Work

  • As a MIS Analyst you will be supporting the whole operation in pulling together data, analysing and producing reports.
  • Working closely with supply chain and operation teams, you will ensure data is accurate, products are available, and business performance is enhanced.
  • Constantly seek and communicate improvements in business processes.
  • Produce impressive reports, KPIs and performance data.
  • Automated data aggregation from multiple sources.
  • Manage and analyse large datasets, using advanced functions like INDEX/MATCH and SUMIFS for budget forecasting.
  • Ingesting data from sources and exporting.
  • Support demand planning and forecasting activities.
  • Demonstrate a desire to take ownership of your work and maintain excellent attention to detail.
  • Prioritising your workload appropriately.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Support data quality and documentation best practices.

  • Strong SQL skills (essential).
  • Previous experience in roles such as MIS Analyst or Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced in using Excel, Word and shared documents.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
