Great opportunity to work as a Stock & Admin Clerk for our clients distibution centre, the main distributor for energy drinks.
Staffline is recruiting Stock & Admin Clerks in Worksop.
The rate of pay is:
- AM/PM Monday to Friday £14.13 per hour
- Weekend £16.26 per hour
- Nights £16.26 per hour
This role offers both full and part-time postions. Rotational Days and Afternoons Monday to Friday, Weekends only or Fixed nights Monday to Friday. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Stock & Admin Clerk - you will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse throughout the shift.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for stock control activities, processing goods movements within the Warehouse Management System, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Key duties include:
- Carry out daily stock control activities to ensure accurate inventory management and the smooth flow of stock throughout the supply chain
- Process goods receipts, returns, and stock movements accurately and efficiently within the Warehouse Management System
- Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring physical stock levels are correctly reflected within system data
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, identifying root causes and supporting corrective actions where required
- Support warehouse compliance by completing stock audits and ensuring all processes are followed in line with operational and customer requirements
