Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Creative Lead on behalf of a market leader in their industry. The Creative Lead will champion the development of high-performing Meta advertising and content strategies, working closely with internal creative teams, external agencies and creators to turn performance insights into campaigns that engage audiences, acquire new customers and drive revenue across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own creative strategy across in-house Meta Ads - concepts, personas, hooks, formats.
  • Monitor and interpret ad performance data to make ongoing decisions across both in-house and agency creative.
  • Identify what's working and translate that into clear direction for future creative development.
  • Develop and pre-plan campaign creative ahead of key commercial moments (e.g. seasonal peaks, major sales periods).
  • Brief external agencies based on performance data and strategic priorities.
  • Communicate which personas, angles, and creative approaches are converting so agency output stays aligned with what's actually working.
  • Review and approve agency output against brief and brand standards.
  • Research, brief, and delegate work to the in-house Multimedia Designer and any external contributors (e.g. UGC creators, production partners).
  • Ensure creative is delivered to deadlines across all concurrent workstreams.
  • Balance multiple campaigns running in parallel (e.g. major seasonal campaigns alongside always-on and organic social).
  • Apply compliance awareness (e.g. ASA guidelines) to ad scripts and claims, particularly around guarantee-style or outcome-based messaging.
  • Own the creative direction for email flows and campaign sends, ensuring design supports the customer journey, campaign objective and commercial priorities.
  • Brief the in-house Multimedia Designer on email creative requirements, including visual hierarchy, imagery, layout, messaging priorities and required assets.
  • Ensure email creative remains consistently on-brand while adapting the visual approach to suit individual campaigns, seasonal moments and promotional themes.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to translate campaign strategy into clear, engaging email creative across both automated flows and one-off campaigns.
  • Review email creative before launch to ensure it aligns with the brief, brand standards and wider campaign creative.
  • Any other duties role may involve.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrable track record in creative strategy for in-house Meta Ads - this is not an entry-level or generalist marketing role; candidates should show direct experience owning ad creative decisions against performance data.
  • Exceptional timekeeping and attention to detail skills.
  • Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies.
  • Comfortable interpreting Meta Ads performance data (hooks, personas, formats, drop-off points) and turning it into creative direction.
  • Proficiency with: Notion (briefing), Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Foreplay.
  • Strong organisational skills - able to run multiple concurrent campaign workstreams without dropping deadlines.
  • Experience delegating to and directing in-house production talent (design/video) and/or external creators.
  • Working knowledge of advertising compliance standards (e.g. ASA) as they apply to ad copy and claims.
  • Track record of holding high-responsibility roles with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with experiential campaign concepts.
  • Background in DTC/e-commerce, particularly considered purchase or home goods categories.
  • Experience handling customer-facing escalations tied to ad campaigns (e.g. complaint response, brand tone management).

The Rewards:

The successful Creative Lead will enjoy a competitive salary circa £35,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.

Location:

The Creative Lead role will be based in Magherafelt with option of hybrid working.
