We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Health & Safety Administrator to support our Health & Safety team in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key role in supporting health and safety processes across the business.
Staffline is recruting Health & Safety Administrators in East London.
The rate of pay is £15.15 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are: 9am to 5pm.
Your Time at Work
- Maintaining and updating Health & Safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Assisting with accident, incident, and near-miss reporting and investigations.
- Monitoring training records and coordinating employee Health & Safety training.
- Supporting risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies and procedures are up to date.
- Managing PPE records and stock levels.
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and compliance documentation.
- Liaising with managers and employees regarding Health & Safety matters.
- Supporting site inspections and ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintaining databases and filing systems accurately and confidentially.
Our Perfect Worker
- Previous administration experience, ideally within a Health & Safety, compliance, or HR environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is advantageous.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or similar Health & Safety qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential.
