Account Management Coordinator in Lisburn

Southern Region - Lisburn and Portadown Salary: £25,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with reasonable flexibility required Benefits 36 days annual leave, including Public Holidays Reward & Recognition Scheme Private Healthcare Life Assurance Pension The Role We are looking for a proactive and organised Key Account Specialist to support the effective delivery of our client service across the Southern Region. You will work closely with clients, candidates and internal teams to deliver recruitment activity, maintain high service standards, support compliance and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts. Complete candidate registration and onboarding in line with legal, ethical and company compliance requirements. Deliver client-specific induction or training where required and provide relevant assignment information. Work with the Branch Manager to identify service improvements and solutions that add value to client accounts. Review account performance, workforce requirements and service delivery on an ongoing basis. Deliver agreed service levels, management information and reporting in line with client SLAs. Support payroll accuracy and resolve temporary worker pay queries in a timely manner. Provide guidance and support to temporary workers on matters including attendance, performance and workplace concerns. Ensure all activity is compliant with company policies, statutory requirements, Health & Safety standards and relevant audit processes. What We're Looking For At least 6 months' experience in account management, recruitment or a similar client-facing environment. Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. GCSE English and Maths at Grades A-C, or equivalent. Business Administration Level 3 qualification.
