Rate of pay: £12.25 per hour. Overtime: available and paid at time and a half.

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 3:30pm.

Your Time at Work

As a General Horticultural Worker you will have an understanding of several key processes such as potting, weeding, grading and general line work. You will be working within a factory environment as well as outside, depending on the time of the year. You need to be prepared to work in cold and wet weather.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have a good level of fitness, as this role involves a lot of bending and lifting for large parts of the day. You will be happy to work in a fast paced environment. Applicants will need to live locally or have access to a car, as relying on public transport is not feasible. Agriculture/horticulture and general line work experience are required.
