HR Administrator North Belfast | Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based

Are you an organised HR professional looking to develop your career within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation? Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy HR team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while supporting the delivery of a professional HR service to a large workforce throughout Northern Ireland.

The Role

Working as part of a collaborative HR team, you will provide administrative and operational support across a broad range of HR activities, including:

• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employee relations administration
• Absence management support
• Maintaining employee records and HR systems
• Preparing contracts, letters and HR documentation
• Supporting managers with HR processes and policies
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company procedures

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience working within a HR Administration or HR Assistant role
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Full driving licence with willingness to travel to sites across Northern Ireland when required
