Staffline is recruiting an Aircraft Cleaner - Banksperson to work for our client at London Heathrow Airport. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' residence in the UK. The rate of pay is £14.01 per hour. This full-time role offers rotating 9-hour shifts on a 5 on/3 off pattern:
- Morning shift (Earliest start time is 6am)
- Afternoon shift (Latest finish time is 11pm)
- Night shift available as well on a 4 on 4 off pattern (6pm- 5:30am)
Please note that this will vary as night shifts are not always available.
Your Time at Work
The duties of an Aircraft Cleaner Banksperson include:
- Support operation with door opening and closing procedures.
- Assist driver to ensure steps are engaged on and disengaged off the aircraft safely as per the Health and Safety training.
- Cleaning interior areas of the aircraft cabin including the removal of blankets.
- Vacuuming aircraft carpets.
- Wiping down tables, walls, overhead bins and windows.
- Removing trash from seat pockets.
- Undertake formal training to gain this skill.
Aircraft Cleaners should be physically fit due to the nature of the role.

Aircraft Cleaners have a keen eye for detail and are reliable and flexible. Due to the nature of this role, all candidates will be asked to provide references covering the last 5 years of employment - and personal references for any gaps in employment. Candidates must be willing to undergo a DBS and CTC check. No previous experience is necessary as a Cleaner as full training is provided in this temp to perm opportunity.
