Salary: £16.87 - 19.00 per hour
Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 PM drivers. Drivers are required to have at least 6 months HGV1 (C+E) driving experience with a minimum of 3 months recorded work on their digi cards. Start times between 14:00 - 21:59 for immediate starts in Barnsley.
PAYE rates are as below:
- PM £16.87 - £19.00 Per Hour
Your Time at Work
As an HGV 1 driver, the work will involve depot delivery and collection work, trunking trailers between local and national RDCs. In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts Monday - Friday with the option of a 6th shift on Sundays.
On occasion, you may be requested to:
- Drive a Class 2 (rigid) vehicle
- Double Mann runs (optional)
- Nights Out (optional)
Our Perfect Worker
Will be flexible to work 2 hours either side of the preferred start time window and be able to commit to a rota in advance. As an HGV 1 driver, you will ideally have:
- 6 months experience
- 3 months recorded work on digi card
- No more than 6 points
- Digi and DQC cards
- Class 1 and 2 qualified
- Experience using a Digi card and be able to record manual entries
