PA in Glasgow

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA/Senior Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis at their office in Glasgow City Centre

Joining the organisation at a peak period for the organisation, the successful candidate will work closely with Senior Team, providing them with all aspects of PA level support.

Duties will include:

• Supporting with all aspects of inbox and diary management for the senior management team.
• Acting as the main point of contact for the Senior Team and in their absence, fielding calls, handling enquiries and representing the business.
• Arranging and facilitating meetings, events and travel plans
• Attending meetings, taking minutes and producing reports and actions
• General administration duties as required

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to demonstrate a background within a PA level/Executive Assistant level role and have experience supporting senior management with all aspects of administrative support.
• Be confident working with all MS Office packages and be able to pick up new systems with ease
• Be confident working in a demanding role where flexible working and travel may be required
