Staffline is recruiting General Operative in Loughborough.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour, Overtime may be available based on production needs – paid at enhanced rate!

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, and the hours of work are:

– Monday – Thursday: 07:45 AM – 4:30 PM

– Friday: 07:45 AM – 3:15 PM

– Night shift hours may also be available for this role with enhanced rates

Your Time At Work:

As a General Operative you will be responsible for:

– Reading build instructions and assembling retail displays

– Using hand tools and adhesives

– Quality checking, packing, and loading finished goods

– Moving between areas on site

Our Perfect Worker:

Our perfect worker will have the following skills:

– Very good level of English (essential for following technical manuals)

– Experience working with tools (i.e. screwdrivers, glue guns)

– Assembly, packing, or production background (non-food)

– Strong attention to detail and visual awareness (artwork, finishing)

– Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding tasks

– Willingness to move across departments as needed

– Keen to learn, with a can-do attitude and good memory (photographic memory is a plus)

– Training will be provided to strong candidates who show the right attitude and willingness to learn
