Staffline is recruiting candidates to work as a Forklift Instructor with our client – an industry-leading automotive manufacturer – in Solihull. This full-time, temp-to-perm, role offers rotating day and afternoon shifts working Monday – Friday. The hours of work are: 5.45am to 1pm 1.15pm to 9pm 8.45pm to 6.15am Join today and earn a yearly salary of £30,000 plus a shift allowance of up to 22.5%. Overtime is available and rate is £26.19 to £30.56 Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Successful applicants must possess a valid UK driving licence, train the trainer certificate and the relevant qualifications (RTITB / ITTSAR). Your Time at Work The responsibilities of a Forklift Instructor include: – Conducting all Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) training in line with current legislation and licence requirements – Updating skills matrix – Ensuring all training records are maintained – Arranging refresher and corrective MHE training Our Perfect Worker Our ideal Forklift Instructor is reliable and comfortable working independently using their initiative.
