We're recruiting Area Security Officers to support a range of customer sites across the Thames Valley area, including Bracknell, Pirbright, Farnborough and Reading.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the security industry or develop existing experience within a professional and supportive team. You'll work across a variety of locations, gaining exposure to different environments while building your skills and confidence.
No two days are the same.
Your Time at Work
- Provide a professional security presence across customer sites
- Welcome visitors and staff while maintaining site security procedures
- Carry out patrols and security checks
- Respond to and report incidents
- Help create a safe and secure environment for customers and visitors
Our Perfect Worker
We're looking for reliable individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
- Basic IT skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
No Security Experience? No Problem.
Previous security experience is helpful but not essential.
If you don't already hold an SIA Licence, we'll support you with training, helping you gain the qualifications and experience needed to start a rewarding career in the security industry.
