Warehouse Operatives Location: Ballygawley Job Type: Permanent Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm; Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm Pay: Competitive rates of pay The Opportunity We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a successful and expanding company based in Ballygawley. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries. Check goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. Record deliveries accurately on the warehouse system. Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock. Label and store materials correctly. Carry out stock checks and stock movements. Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch. Complete dispatch paperwork. Load vehicles safely and securely. Operate warehouse equipment safely. Maintain stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies. Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised. Follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE. Report hazards, accidents and safety concerns. Skills & Experience Essential Previous warehouse or stores experience. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Basic computer skills. Ability to follow procedures and work safely. Desirable Experience using ERP systems, such as Infor M3. Experience using handheld scanners. Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach). Experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
